Respected Sir, Madam

We all can participate in this maha yagya “Kanyadan“ of needy girls by

Contributing in various ways

1.     Donate new clothes pieces (blouse, shirt, pant, shawls, ladies suits), we all have spare clothes and pieces unused received from relatives and friends which are not of your choice but are of great help to needy girls.

2.     Utensils like cups, plates, jugs, tumblers and other extra diwali gifts

3.     Cash Donations for various arrangements like tent, food, shiv barat, girls beauty parlour etc.

4.     Food items like cooking oil, masalas, dals, or any other items in bulk (please check for requirement with our office so that no duplicacy of any item is done)

5.     Bed Sheets, Quilts, pillow covers,

6.     Come and join us physically in various arrangements and bless the couples.

Steps

How this maha yagya happens

Before the Marriage

Step.1  Samiti members spread whatsapp messages and posters to invite ews hindu girls for marriages

Step.2 Planning starts well in advance, at least 3 months in advance to select brides and grooms.

Step.3. Applicants are called for meetings with samiti members and collect their documents as aadhar card, photographs and registration form.



Step.4. A team of sewadars visit the homes of bride and groom for verification of documents and to check their marriage status as in the past some married couples applied for re marriage in greed of gifts and donations.

Step.5 Members finalise the numbers of marriages to be conducted with details of location/ venue/ Band/ Sound systems/ Shiv Barat/ Mehandi Function/ Marriage day shiv barat procession and food counters for guests/ Marriage day Langar (Food/ Snacks/ Tea/ Water) for atleast 2000 people who visit with bride-groom and guests.

                                        


Step.6 Budgets are allocated for various events and teams are made to take various responsibilities.

Step.7 Single cards are printed to spread the event as marketing and donation collection drive. Past years' donors are contacted for donations in kind and cash. It starts at least one month before the event.

Steps.8 Letters with invitation cards are sent to government authorities for various permissions. Delhi Police, Traffic Police, SDM and local politicians are informed.

Step.9 Whatsapp messages and physical visits to donors are done for collection of goods and cash.

Step. 10 Banners and hoardings are placed near the venue to inform RWA's and local public.

भाई पियूष जी और उनकी माताजी की तरफ से सामुहिक विवाह में बच्चियों के लिए कपड़ों की सेवा दी गई , यह सेवा भोलानाथ कालोनी, कृष्णा पार्क से उठाई गई

                                    At the time of Marriage




Step.1  Samiti members organise mehandi function for the brides 2 days before the marriage. Each Bride is invited for mehandi, music and lunch plus given Bridal Dress.




Brides are coming for tailoring services free support from KS Boutiques

Step.2  One day before marriage all the stake holders have last minutes check on Tent/ Venue/ Food arrangements and band.


Step.3  Some members stay over whole night for early morning food arrangements.

Step.4  Day starts early with assembly of brides and grooms at the starting point. After breakfast brides are sent to beauty parlours to get ready accompanied by ladies of samiti. Kachori alu, Halwa and Tea is served to all guests.

Step.5 Each Groom is given 1 Ghori (Horse) plus 2 Dholwala accompanied by their friends and relatives



Step.6 Shiv Parvati, Nandi, Ganesha, and other members of shivji barat lead the Barat followed by Grooms family and friends.




Step.7 Barat is welcomed at various points by local shopkeepers and RWA members with snacks and gifts.









Step.8 Barat is managed at venue with the help of karyakartas as 1000's reach for Shiva dance and marriage.






Step.9 Samajik Samrasta Yagya/puja is done while guests have lunch. Brides and Grooms are welcomed on stage for ceremonies. VIP gursts are welcomed on stage

Step.10 Brides and Grooms are invited for lunch.






Step.11 Brides and Grooms are invited for final wedding event in Sanatani way. If the bride is without parents or single parent then one Couple from Samiti does the Kanyadan.



Step.12 Brides and Grooms are invited for gifts and kanyadan items collected at the venue are divided among the couples.






Step.13 Brides and Grooms are given final farewell with notarized certificate  as proof of wedding to register at court.
